After receiving the order, the customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days to exchange, as long as the following conditions are met:
The product(s) to be exchanged must be in perfect condition and with their respective label.
Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Failure to follow these instructions will result in the returned product being considered non-compliant with our return policy and will not be refunded.
